TRUCK
CRASHES INTO BUILDING AFTER POLICE CHASE |

- At 0207 hrs,
Manassas City Fire Communications sent units out for an
auto accident at 9201 Church Street. City
Police were in pursuit of a vehicle for about two
blocks before the intoxicated driver hit a parked
car, bounced off, and crashed his
pickup truck into a building. The Foam Engine
arrived first to find the cops already had the
driver in custody. Foam Engine 501's crew checked
both vehicles and assessed the damage to the building
and the called for the City Building Inspector. The EMS units
assessed two patients who were transported to Prince
William Hospital. |
