THREE
VEHICLE CRASH ON GRANT AVENUE |

- At 2318 hours, the Foam Engine and the Battalion went
out for a personal injury accident in the
intersection of Grant Avenue and Prince William
Street. Crews arrived to find a three vehicle crash
with no injuries and numerous hazards. Debris from
the construction truck were scattered throughout the
intersection, including about 1000 roofing nails, an
80 gallon drum and many pieces of rebar that
luckily, did not go through the windshield of one of
the other vehicles involved. The driver of the
vehicle which caused the accident was arrested on
scene for DUI and the Foam Engine went ready at 2237. |
