ENGINE AND
ATTACK ON LARGE BRUSH FIRE IN THE PARK |

March 21, 2005
- Today units from the City assisted Manassas Park with
a large brush fire in the field next to Birmingham
Green. At 1536 hrs, Chief 509 requested Engine and
Attack 501. Units operated for nearly an hour to
extinguish the 500 square foot fire which was fueled by tall dry grass
and brisk winds. Chief 501 had operations. |
